The joining of C. M. Chan in DKLM legal team as a Consultant Solicitor
We are pleased to announce that our consultant Mr. C. M. Chan joined DKLM Solicitors (“DKLM”) as a consultant solicitor with effect from 18 January 2023.
Mr. Chan is qualified to practise as a solicitor in both Hong Kong (admitted in 1997) and England & Wales (admitted in 2002), and is the incumbent President of The Law Society of Hong Kong. Mr. Chan specialises in tax and trust and practises general commercial work , where he has extensive experience in advising high-net worth clients and corporations in relation to their asset management, trust, succession, tax planning and compliance matters. Mr. Chan was an in-house legal advisor of different family offices for prominent families in Hong Kong. Mr. Chan also at different times sits on a number of Hong Kong statutory boards and government bodies including The Advisory Committee of the Social Welfare Department Special Needs Trust, Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance) (from 2011 to 2019), The Law Reform Commission, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Disciplinary Panel and Hong Kong Trade and Industry Advisory Board. Mr. Chan is also a Hong Kong Civil Celebrant, a Hong Kong Chartered Tax Advisor and a Hong Kong Registered Financial Planner.
Following the joining of our founding and senior partner, Mr. Anthony Siu in DKLM in November 2021 as a consultant solicitor, we believe that the joining of Mr. Chan in the same team not only will strengthen our cohesion and exchange of legal service expertise with DKLM, but also will further expand our legal service network both domestically and internationally, particularly, between the UK, Hong Kong and the mainland China.

We are pleased to announce that our partner Mr. Anthony Siu joined DKLM Solicitors (“DKLM”) as a consultant solicitor with effective from 22 November 2021.
DKLM is an established central London law firm. DKLM provides various legal services including Immigration; Investment; Conveyancing; Corporate and Commercial; Commercial Litigation; Employment law; Estate Planning and Estate Administration, etc. As a Hong Kong based law firm, we two joint venture law firms in Guangzhou and Hainan respectively, mainland China. DKLM and we have been cooperating in providing cross-border legal services to our respective clients between the UK, Hong Kong and mainland China.
We believe that our funding and senior partner's joining in the legal team of DKLM will strengthen our legal service network and international practice, especially in the Asia Pacific region and Europe.
